5. Messages on Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and the website chat
When you write to us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or the chat on our website, we receive your messages and our team's replies, with the time each was sent, and the identifier Meta gives your account or, on WhatsApp, your phone number.
Our team sees the messages as you sent them, to answer you and fulfil your order.
We also keep a separate copy of these conversations to improve our customer support and to prepare the answers of our AI assistant. From that copy we automatically remove email addresses, passwords, phone numbers, bank card numbers and gift card codes, and we delete it after 180 days.
We may use an AI assistant to help answer common questions, such as prices or how to place an order. It tells you that it is an assistant, and you can always ask to talk to a person. To do this, the text of the conversation, without the data listed above, is processed on our behalf by our AI provider, Anthropic.
Messages sent on Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are also subject to Meta's privacy policy. To have your messages deleted, write to us in the same chat or at info@psplus.ge.
